2. How to Request a Refund
Refund Process
- Option A — Contact ClickBank directly (fastest):
Visit clickbank.com/csp/helpdesk/ and submit a refund request using your order number and email address. ClickBank processes most refunds within 1-2 business days. - Option B — Contact us:
Email support@lifepathwayreading.com with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund through ClickBank within 2 business days of receiving your request.
3. Refund Details
- Refund window: 60 days from the date of purchase
- Refund amount: Full purchase price (no partial refunds)
- Processing time: 1-5 business days after approval
- Refund method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Reason required: No — we do not require a reason for refund requests, though feedback is always appreciated
4. What Happens After a Refund
- You will retain access to any downloaded PDF reports, though we kindly ask that you delete them
- You will be unsubscribed from any email sequences related to the product
- Your refund will appear on your credit card or bank statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- If you were referred by an affiliate, the affiliate's commission for your sale will be reversed
5. Upsell and Bundle Refunds
If you purchased additional products (such as the Soul Compatibility Report or the 30-Day Affirmation Guide), each product carries its own 60-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund for any individual product or for all products in your order.

7. Exceptions

8. Cancellation of Subscription Products
Currently, Life Pathway Reading does not offer subscription-based products. All products are one-time purchases. If subscription products are added in the future, cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase and in an updated version of this policy.
